1. What We Sell
IChing Lab sells prepaid 研习次 (study credit) packages — platform credits for AI-assisted classical Chinese text annotation and related features. Credits are added to your account after Creem confirms payment via webhook; they do not expire.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refund request submitted within 7 days of purchase date
- Zero 研习次 used from the purchased package (no AI consumption recorded)
- Account in good standing (not suspended for policy violations)
- Request submitted more than 7 days after purchase
- One or more 研习次 have been consumed from the package
- Account suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Credits purchased through third-party resellers or gift codes
3. How to Request a Refund

We will review your request within 2 business days, verify eligibility, and confirm via email.

3Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed through Creem (our Merchant of Record). Funds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for partially used packages. If you have consumed any 研习次 from a package, the entire package is no longer eligible for a refund. We recommend starting with our smallest package to evaluate the platform before purchasing larger bundles.
5. Technical Issues
If a 研习次 was consumed due to a verified technical failure on our platform (such as a server error or AI service timeout where no content was delivered), please contact us with details. We will investigate and, where confirmed, either restore the credit or issue a proportional refund.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. You may also raise a dispute through Creem's buyer support process if needed.
