我们希望在研习次购买上为您提供满意体验。本退款规则说明在何种情况下可为已购研习次(study credit)套餐申请退款。
We want every user to be satisfied with their experience on IChing Lab. These refund rules outline the conditions under which refunds are available for purchased 研习次 (study credit) packages.
1. What We Sell
IChing Lab sells prepaid 研习次 (study credit) packages — platform credits for AI-assisted classical Chinese text annotation and related features. Credits are added to your account after Creem confirms payment via webhook; they do not expire.
我们销售预付研习次套餐,用于术数工坊等 AI 文化注解;支付经 Creem 确认后通过 webhook 入账,研习次不过期。
First Purchase Trial · 首购体验次
On your first successful purchase of any package, we automatically add 2 trial 研习次 to your account (no separate claim step). Trial credits are tracked separately from the formal credits in your purchased package.
终身首笔购买任意套餐时,系统自动赠送 2 次体验研习次(无需领取)。体验次与套餐内的正式研习次分开记账。
Trial credits are not clawed back on refund. Refund eligibility below applies only to the formal credits from that package.
退款时不扣回已发放或已使用的体验次;下列资格仅针对该笔订单的正式研习次。
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are reviewed when you contact support. Our systems verify whether formal package credits from that order have been used.
退款须通过邮件申请,由我们审核;系统会核验该笔订单的套餐正式研习次是否已被使用。
- Refund request submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase
- Zero formal 研习次 used from that package — you may have used all 2 trial 研习次 and still qualify
- Account in good standing (not suspended for policy violations)
- 可于购买之日起七日内向我们提交退款申请
- 该笔订单的套餐内正式研习次均未使用(首购 2 次体验研习次已全部用完仍可退正式部分)
- 账户状态正常(未因违规被封禁)
- Request submitted more than 7 days after the date of purchase
- One or more formal 研习次 from that package have been consumed
- Account suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Credits purchased through third-party resellers or gift codes
- 超过购买之日起七日才提交申请
- 该笔订单已使用至少 1 次套餐正式研习次(与是否用过体验次无关)
- 账户因违反服务条款被暂停或终止
- 通过第三方转售或礼品码获得的研习次
3. How to Request a Refund

1Submit a refund request by email
Email [email protected] with your account email address, order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email), and a brief reason for your request.

2Review and confirmation
We will review your request within 2 business days, verify eligibility, and confirm via email.

3Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed through Creem (our Merchant of Record). Funds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for partially used formal packages. If you have consumed any formal 研习次 from a package, that order is no longer eligible for a refund (trial-only use does not count). We recommend starting with our smallest package to evaluate the platform before purchasing larger bundles.
不提供「正式次已用一部分」的部分退款。若该笔订单已消耗任一正式研习次,整单不再退款(仅使用体验次不计入)。建议先购买最小套餐体验后再选购更大档位。
常见问题 FAQ
首购会多送研习次吗?
会。账户终身首笔成功购买任意套餐时,系统自动赠送 2 次体验研习次,与套餐内正式次数一并入账,无需领取。扣费时先使用体验次。套餐说明见 产品定价。
如何申请退款?
该笔订单套餐内正式研习次均未使用时,可于购买之日起七日内发邮件至 [email protected] 申请全额退款(首购 2 次体验研习次已全部用完仍可退)。一旦使用过套餐内的正式研习次,即不再退款。
5. Technical Issues
If a 研习次 was consumed due to a verified technical failure on our platform (such as a server error or AI service timeout where no content was delivered), please contact us with details. We will investigate and, where confirmed, either restore the credit or issue a proportional refund.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. You may also raise a dispute through Creem's buyer support process if needed.
